Meet Bob, a single 35-year-old male from the Midwest. When Bob was growing up, he was told to succeed he needed to get a college degree. Bob got a 4-year college degree in General Studies. After 13 years in the workforce, Bob is still earning less than $20 per hour and career opportunities look bleak.
