For more than 30 years, Thomas J. Ashenden has dedicated his career to representing injured people who have been the victims of negligence. Founded 24 years ago, Ashenden & Associates handles catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from negligence involving automobiles, premises liability, medical negligence, hotel and apartment security negligence, and Workers’ Compensation claims. Mr. Ashenden was named to the Georgia Super Lawyers list for 10 consecutive years. He was also honored to become certified as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum based in Santa Cruz, CA, in 2000.
