This week's guest doesn’t need an introduction, but he’s getting one anyways. He’s 6’7’, was a standout with the Waterford Wolves and the Western Mustangs, before becoming a two-time Grey Cup champ with the Calgary Stampeders.

And now Shane Bergman can add Canadian Football League All-Star to his title.

The first shout out goes to the Holy Trinity Titans swim team. Tuesday they captured the Norfolk/Brant overall swim title for a third consecutive year. The Titans were the lone Norfolk entry at the meet and 15 individual swimmers and seven relay teams have qualified for the CWOSSA

Next shout out goes to the Delhi Rockets local league atom team. This group of kids played five games in two days and won them all to capture the International silver Stick Regional title in Haliburton and Minden.
