One of the pitfalls of barbecuing, especially when doing long smokes, is having to babysit the smoker for temperature drops and spikes.

In this episode I share about 2 devices that give you at least a little freedom of movement. Both keep temperature and transmit to your smartphone or tablet via bluetooth. One is the tried and true iGrill2 (which I recommend) and the other a newcomer, the Meater. Check out our links below for more info.
