Rejection is hard, difficult, testing and negative - it makes us question ourselves and second-guess everything.
But the positive side of it means there's something better around the corner, a new door or window is open to us, a new opportunity and that's great because something may have happened down the line with that person or place or situation that would counteract your growth.
Diving deep into the questions of "what does this have to teach me?", "what can i learn from this/lessons to learn etc?" and much more can give you the answers that you need in order to see clearly and help you to move forward in your life, whatever arena you're playing in and it also boosts your mindset positively, to stay on track.
