Liz is an ex-World Champion 10,000m athlete, Olympic silver medallist & Marathon champion. Originally from Dundee, she lived near Arbroath and could be spotted regularly out for a jog through the town. To mere mortals, the speed she was going, it looked like she was always being chased by the Rozzers....for miles!!
