To motivate your team on a regular basis you need a few elements.

More important than that, you need to apply them in a certain way.

You can work on gaining their trust, on allowing more control over their work and on making them feel competent… but it’s not enough.

It’s not just about what you do.

It’s also about working on two areas in parallel.
