Today is Global Ethics Day, it is an annual movement to empower ethics through the actions of individuals and organisations. We chat to Zelda Kruger. Zelda has a special interest in promoting ethics awareness and management. Her curiosity about how people make choices about ethics and morality to justify their actions motivated her to study ethics. Zelda has learnt and continues to acquire tools that can be used to deal with ethics issues and dilemmas. We look at, “who do I want to be in the world, even when no one is looking”, our willingness to listen and change, and ethics territory – acknowledging that something is wrong and questioning behaviour.
