Are we in a recession? Is the housing market in Colorado going to collapse? Is all of my hard earned equity going to go down the tubes?

These are questions that we address in this episode. Find the articles listed below for more information. Technically, we are in a recession but it doesn’t super feel like it. In part because the limited housing supply is keeping the demand strong, and also because unemployment has reached a 50 year low at 3.5%.

So is there a storm coming? Housing values are predicted to continue to rise, but they’re very likely not to go up at the same pace they have been. Only time will tell, but generally speaking real estate is a long game. Holding on to your assets is a great way to build long term wealth.
