In this episode, we sit down with CPL Josh Munro who recently deployed to Afghanistan as part of the 1 RAR Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation (NEO). Josh breaks down what is was like deploying as a Section Commander with little to no notice and what it was like doing the mission in that country. It is a great story about leadership, dealing with change, working as a team and applying creativity in a unique and demanding environment. A great story from a great member of the RAR.
