On this episode of the Somewhat Frank Podcast, Frank Gruber (@FrankGruber) and John Guidos (@JohnGuidos) reflect on 2020 and talk about what excites them in 2021. He realized that pliability is just as important as strength training. I wish I would have had this book 20 years ago but it's never too late to become more pliable and make a change for the better.
