Jamie here! This week we had the opportunity to talk about something super important with one of my biggest independent creator crushes, & dear friend - The Totally Punk, Amanda Choi of Indigo Ray Botanicals

One thing that both Heather and I have been working on is re-creating our own relationships with ourselves, and a HUGE part of that is Self Care!

...and no one understands unapologetic Self Care like Amanda, who created a skin care line centered around using non-toxic, natural ingredients that truly helps us to foster a better relationship with ourselves, especially our need for clean ingredients!

In this episode I get a chance to talk about my own road back to self care, which very much includes Indigo Ray Botanicals, as well as my journey with PCOS and other health struggles, something that Amanda herself has also had to navigate.

Get comfy, relax and let's get into some self care!

  • Please keep in mind that we are not doctors! We just care about wellness and can only give you the benefits of listening to what we've been through. Please check in with your doctors and your own discernment before stopping or starting any wellness therapies or products.
