Today #SOPPodcast had the pleasure of chatting with Janice B (Buerkli) about all the goodness she’s been up to! I love this woman! She is insightful and gave voice to the many issues with our social constructs being what they are but also wins in being a reiki healer in these days and times.
Take a listen to what started as a Wellness Episode and ended as a call to take better care of ourselves and understand that race is real and yes you do need to consider it in your practitioner, not as a hinderance to you getting your needs met - but that they need to be able to see it and know that it matters.
