Susan K. Younger graduated with a BA degree in architecture from Iowa State University. She worked for architects in Iowa before moving to Dallas to work with a retail design firm. She worked for more than a decade as the Store Planning Director for Broadway Southwest in Arizona. Returning to Dallas in 1995, she worked with design firms, leading teams building and renovating department stores including Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. She worked as a consultant for retailers including Sephora, CallisonRTKL, and GENPACT.

Working with so many diverse teams in a fast-paced industry with high expectations has given Susan a depth of experience few business leaders are able acquire. Her book, Simple Living, Simple Food: Life Lessons Learned Dining with Family & Friends was published in 2013, and she has been a contributing author to three other books.

Working with the B.A.N.K.® methodology since 2015, she has combined her backgrounds in architecture, retail management, and entrepreneurship with her roles as a leader, manager, author, and speaker. After working with Susan, individuals and teams move with confidence from chaos to clarity. They gain the skills to solve problems and to act effectively in sales conversations and interpersonal communication in both business and in life.

Susan uses the word “simple” to define how she works and lives her life.
