We’re all familiar with the idea that we should be getting an average of 8 hours of sleep a night. But we are not all as familiar as to why. And for some of us, the value we place on a good night sleep is trumped by the value we place on the underground music scenes that have thrived on staying up all night, nourishing us in a different way.
