The Microphenotron - A robotic miniaturized plant phenotyping platform with diverse applications in chemical biology. Ambient track produced during spontaneous cooperated with Phalaenopsis Aphrodite, commonly known as Moth Orchids (potted flower), during improvised ambient session, using Midi Sonification Biodata Device V2.1 and a lot of hardware gear. Orchid (potted flower ) played all melody tracks on 5 diffrent oscilators. How? By attached electrodes to the leaves of a plant fluctuations in galvanic conductance produced MIDI notes, which was transmitted to hardware a synthesizers. Through sampling pulse widths and identifying fluctuations, MIDI note and control messages are generated. A control message is transmitted on CC 80, which is also presented as a 'Control Voltage' output via additional CV output to modular synthesisers system and equipment.
