The Socially Distanced Supper Club (recently featured on The Today Show) is a group of folks looking to flash mob local restaurants to keep them afloat in this turbulent time. All while social distancing. The concept was created by John Brewer and Iain Paterson, who pivoted quickly to help restaurants out during the Covid-19 shutdown.
We interviewed Chef Eric Baker owner and chef of The Rebel House in Boca Raton and one of the founders of the Boca group Zach Maisner to hear their thoughts on getting creative during this crisis.
