When you cover the minor leagues like we do, it's all about player development, and who better to talk to about that than the guy in charge of that very department for the Red Sox? We were very happy to welcome Red Sox Director of Player Development Brian Abraham back to the show for a great interview, talking about player development plans, how decisions get made throughout the course of the season, and of course, a few key players for the organization in 2023.
