¿Sabes por qué decimos “EL día” en vez de “LA día”?

Pues, se debe al origen de la palabra DÍA. Ésta viene de la palabra proto-indo-europea DIEUS que significa “EL DIOS DEL CIELO”.

Como su palabra de origen es masculina por eso se mantiene EL.
