Many women in business often set strict boundaries for themselves that hinder them from achieving their goals and becoming successful professionals. They fail to become great women leaders because they are trapped in society’s limiting idea that they should stay silent and be good girls. Ellen Connelly Taaffe, a clinical associate professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, is on a crusade to turn this belief around.
