Clint is a Leader, Innovator, Team-Builder and Problem-Solver. He is passionate about helping his teams achieve breakthrough success, often in areas they didn't realize were possible. He helps transform process, leadership, and capability in a relentless pursuit of excellence.

He grew up in Minnesota, where he learned the value of hard work, the importance of socially responsible community service, and the true meaning of the word ‘winter.’
The events of 9/11 changed Clint's life, as he left the University of Wisconsin and joined the Army, where he had the distinct honor to serve alongside some of the greatest men he has ever known. After taking off the uniform, he spent time in operations, finance, consulting, and executive leadership, working in settings as diverse as supply chain, aviation, healthcare, mining, hospitality, government, nonprofits, retail, technology, and utilities.

In this episode, Clint helps us not only understand effective communication protocol in the military but also the synergies and differences in how that translates into the corporate environment.
