Ashley Makan is a holistic doula, educator, and student of midwifery. She is the founder of Bodhi Birth and Wellness and is the Executive Director of the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and health (APPPAH). As an advocate for trauma-informed community support, physiologic birth, and the mind-body connection in parenthood, she works within her community as a midwifery apprentice and preconception coach.
