Former Superintendent of Morton ISD and Founder of Alcove Care, Vicki Rice shares her inspiring story and reminds us all of the power of a mother's love for her child. Since retiring after a thirty plus year career as an educator, Vicki has gone on to give back to her community with Alcove Assisted Living, which is a community-based organization focused on caring for and empowering persons with special needs.
