In case you didn't know, the Student-Centered Transitions Network (SCTN) is creating new pathways to a successful adult life for students with disabilities. The SCTN is led by the Eleanor and Charles Garrett Center on Transition and Disability Studies at Sam Houston State University in collaboration with the Texas Education Agency.
