Ebony has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northern Arizona University. She is the owner of CASA Speech Therapy, LLC and provides contracted speech therapy and occupational therapy services in public schools and private schools in the state of Arizona. Ebony is the founder of SLP CEO Solutions, a business consulting company that provides online education and support to speech language pathologists, occupational therapists and school psychologists who are passionate about working in special education as contracted providers. Ebony developed her signature School Contracting Masterclass program in 2020 to help fill the gap between the need in schools for contracted special education service providers and the skills needed to successfully respond to requests for proposals during the contracting process. To date Ebony has helped dozens of speech language pathologists learn about how to successfully bid on and obtain school contracts.
