In this episode, I want to talk about it the danger of the "shoulds." That desire to constantly always want to do more, achieve more, and be more. Because while its great to be goal-oriented and have all these aspirations, sometimes we also need to take a step back and just breathe and appreciate all things that we have worked so hard for.
