Like many Americans, Elizabeth Miller found herself struggling to balance a full time career, parenting active teenagers and helping her ailing and aging parents.
As the demands piled on, she realized her health and well-being were suffering and was inspired to make small and simple healthy choices for 100 days in a row.
That self-challenge turned into Happy Healthy Caregiver, a multi-media lifestyle site that focuses on caregivers.
Through her podcast, certified coaching, public speaking and partners, Elizabeth offers strategies, practical tools and ideas for practicing self-care, developing healthy habits and practices and sourcing outside help.
Elizabeth's business model has evolved and she has positioned herself to use the skills and connections she has developed for future projects to support caregivers through technology.
