This episode begins a deeper dive into the gift of prophecy. Glenn points out that the Christian community is divided over whether or not the gift of prophecy exists today. Cessationists support cessationism--the belief that spiritual gifts like prophecy ended shortly after the first Apostles died. On the other hand, Continuationists support continuationism--the belief that gifts like prophecy still function. Glenn supports continuationism and gives some of his reasons in this episode.
