Grounding vs Centering: When to do Which and Why

In this episode Kelle defines and teaches listeners how to ground and how to center. Grounding is connecting your energy to the Earth in order to feel more solid. Centering is bringing your energy into the center of your being and connecting with all that is. There are times when it’s inappropriate to ground (e.g., when you’re in an airplane) and during those times, one should instead center. At the end of the episode, Kelle answers all of the listener questions that she has been receiving over the last few weeks.
