In this episode, Elaine Yonge, ISTA Lead Facilitator, explains sexual styles and discusses the four erotic themes: 1. Longing and anticipation, 2. Violating prohibitions, 3. Searching for power, and 4. Overcoming ambivalence. Referring to the brilliant book The Erotic Mind by psychologist Jack Morin, Elaine says understanding our erotic themes supports mind-expanding, heart-opening and soul-renewing sexual life. It's big!
