Over the past 5 decades I’ve practiced and taught and many forms of western and ancient eastern exercise modalities to maintain my physical and mental vitality.
I’ve lifted weights, swam 3-5 miles a day, bicycled 24 miles a day, jogged up to 17 miles a day and over 60 miles a week and walked, walked, walked.
In the past 4 decades I’ve also practiced and taught numerous forms of yoga, qigong and t’ai chi including choreographing my own forms, one of which is a beautiful combination of yoga and gigong.
My experience and the tests of time show that these forms give us give us amazing amounts of ENERGY with virtually no risk of injury we can then use to do everything else we love-play, sing, eat, dance, study, read—EVERYTHING!
