In this edition of the sport intern special podcast, presenter Ashish Sharma speaks to Florian Sperl, president of the German Weightlifting Federation.
Sperl, who is also on the executive board of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF), set up the IWF Refugee team.
The team made history participating for the first time in an IWF event, the recent World Championships in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which was also an Olympic qualifier event.
