In today’s episode of the Sports Business Classroom Audio Experience, we sat down with Nick Lagios, General Manager of the Capitanes CDMX. Nick Lagios was the Director of Basketball Operations and Player Development for the South Bay Lakers, the G League affiliate of the Los Angeles Lakers and a former SBC Student.In this episode we discuss:

Nick Lagios attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he is a graduate of the university’s top-notch geography program, all while being a well-versed, talented, creative, and motivational individual. After graduating college Nick became a video intern for the Los Angeles Lakers for 8 months. From there he scored a job with the South Bay Lakers as a Basketball Operations Coordinator and then later transitioned to be the Director of Basketball Operations and Player Development. After working for South Bay for nearly six years, Nick earned a job as Basketball Development Coordinator for the Lakers, up until his new position as a GM.
