All about Ryan "China": Ryan "China" McCarney is the Vice President of Jaeger Sports, an Arm Care and Mental Training Company located in Los Angeles, CA. In June of 2016, he published his first book "Off The Field" (an Amazon #1 best seller in the Success/Self-Help Category). Recently, China founded the Athletes Against Anxiety and Depression Foundation to raise awareness and to provide resources to anyone suffering from Mental Health Issues.

Athletes Against Anxiety and Depression is a foundation dedicated to bringing awareness, prevention and treatment to people suffering from Anxiety, Depression or any other Mental Health Issue. The goal of AAAD is also to eliminate the stigma attached to Anxiety and Depression. There is no need to be embarrassed or ashamed about any mental health issue you may be dealing with. It is time for all of us to embrace all of who we are. Join this movement and let’s BE THE CHANGE TOGETHER!
