Mali brings back a former guest in predicting the AL for the 2023 MLB season. Same as NL, we are picking Over/Under, MVPs, CY's, and Breakout players for each AL team. We also include our seeding for the AL. Also, Mali introduces "Wowza" which is a 30 second review of anything in sports that "wowed" us in the last week.
