Lou talks to Nathalie Steinmetz about the life of a large, blended and mostly neuordivergent family. They discuss the adjustments that Nathalie makes at home to keep things running smoothly, education experiences, supporting everyone's mental health and why it's so important to have good "neurodiversity literacy" when working with schools to support our kids.
Nathalie has many important messages about parent advocacy but also parenting in unique and complex situations with many stakeholders involved. Always mindful of the little people at the center of everything, giving them a sense of achievement and self-confidence, Natalie brings a fresh perspective to discussion on parenting in general and anyone listening to this episode will learn something new.
