Standing Post is proud to present the inaugural episode of My First Foot Beat, our newest podcast that will focus on Uniformed Division members and their experience in training, the Secret Service and adjusting to life as a law enforcement officer. In this episode, Sgt. Technician Natasha Rowles talks to Officer Technician Joseph Beckford of the Uniformed Division Emergency Response Team about his background and experiences, including a brief but successful boxing career. Sergeant Technician Natasha Rowles has been a member of the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division since August of 2003. She’s had assignments at White House Branch, Foreign Missions Branch and is currently at the Rowley Training Center. “The time I spent on our Patrol Unit and our Assignment and Scheduling Office really allowed me to see all the different aspects Uniformed Division has to bring,” she said. “As an officer, I had the wonderful opportunity travel all around the world and experience different cultures . I have watched historical moments first hand ranging from tragedies such as the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina to working Presidential Inaugurations.” #UD100 #StandingPost #MyFirstFootBeat #MFFB #USSSPodcasts #USSS #SecretService
