Dr. Crystal Mackall, the Ernest and Amelia Gallo Family Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine at Stanford University, will be joining us today to discuss childhood cancer during September’s Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Mackall will share insights into her journey in pediatric oncology, focusing on pediatric cancer research. Our conversation will delve into the disparities between advancements in adult cancer treatment versus the limited progress in pediatric cancer care.
