Jimmy, Vic, Tashan and Ted discuss the Raiders hiring Gus Bradley to be their new Defensive Coordinator. Bradley is a huge Gruden guy. He was given his first NFL job by Gruden back in Tampa Bay. The guys are concerned that the Cover 3 defense that Bradley runs is not a great fit with the Raiders cause of the talent they have to rush the passer. The Raiders will need to sign a big name pass rusher or make a deal or find a stud in the draft. There are a lot of what ifs with running that scheme with the roster that they have. They talk about how Gus Bradley's system can hopefully get Cory Littleton back to his Rams form when he was a Pro Bowler. The guys also answer some questions and give some picks for this weekend's Divisional Round Playoff games.
