Phoenix Fuel Masters big man, Doug Kramer joins Staying MAJOR for its 23rd episode. Doug was the 5th pick in the 2007 PBA Draft. In 2008, Kramer was named to the PBA All-Rookie team. In 2012, he was named to the PBA All-Defensive team. Doug was also a member of the 2015 PBA Philippine Cup Champion, San Miguel Beerman. Kramer is a 10-year PBA veteran, but as much as he is known for basketball, Doug is also known for his social media presence. With over 900k Instagram followers and 8.4 million Likes on his family's Team Kramer Facebook page, Doug and his family are MAJOR influencers in the social media world.

In this episode of Staying MAJOR, Doug goes into detail about the medical problems he had 6 months ago. While working out one afternoon, Doug suffered a mild stroke that eventually led to a diagnosis of a congenital hole in his heart. However, after a scare and a risky procedure, Doug fully recovered and was able to resume his basketball career 4 months after his procedure.
