Elliot and Christina Smith started investing in 2013 while working full-time jobs.
They have been involved in over 125+ transactions. They currently own and manage 41 rental doors, a 17k sqft Commercial building, a lead generation company with a 50 person call center in Manila, and a data sales business.
Every business is profitable, the call center and data business has been profitable since the 1st month. Chrissy and Elliot specialize at finding great value with off-market marketing. Chrissy is talented at running our systems and managing our properties and Elliot is specialized in sales and connecting people.
