ECH consistently acquires residential assets in the Phoenix & Vegas MSA ranging between 50%-80% of market value by leveraging niche marketing strategies. ECH holds the best assets, fix/flips the B-/C product, and wholesales everything with risk. They’ve also created a build-for-rent arm of the company, to build and hold residential communities.
