During this episode of Steps to Change we’re reflecting on how the working landscape and environment has progressed for women over the past several decades. We’ll spend some time exploring what challenges women have faced, historically, in the workplace, the progress that’s been made to support a more equitable working environment and the challenges still faced today. Throughout the discussion will reference how we approach designing and delivering change programs that support women in the workplace and take a deeper dive, through the lens of our Steps to Change methodology, into how we partner with organizations around the globe to support their women in the business. On this episode we’re joined by Liz Jones, our Country Head of the US, who shares her experience of working the corporate world as a woman over her career, the changes she’s experienced and her outlook for continued progress to come.
