The greatest band that flew under the radar, and by the time anyone noticed, it was too late. One of my favorite bands of all time "This Picture" released their first album "A Violent Impression" with the single "Naked Rain" in late 1991, then followed up with "City of Sin" 2 years later, then vanished.

They were mistaken as a U2 clone, which was unfortunate because they were a fantastic creative team that, you will learn in this interview, did not play the music industry well, they stuck to their guns, and refused to be exploited.

The singer Symon Bye carried on with the band members doing some work under his own name, and was a music consultant for Luc Besson, and the French Film undustry.

"This Picture" as a band are the most amazing story, with only "Truthful" lyrics. Symon Bye tells it like is, when it was. He is now still doing music, and is a politician in the UK.
