The Devil cannot make us sin but will always suggest alternative views. The enemy attacked Nehemiah's character but rather than defend himself he let the truth speak for itself, which silenced the enemy and convinced everyone that this was the work of God. Remember, you don't have to attend every argument to which you are invited. And be very careful about quitting something midway on dark days when on brighter days you were first convince it was the Lord's will.
