EMS World is partnering with UCLA’s Prehospital Care Research Forum (PCRF) to bring original science and research to readers of EMS World and attendees of EMS World Expo. This podcast from Expo features Sigurd Blix, an EMT and medical student from Norway. EMS World Expo invited Blix to present his research on the need for more training in wound packing and penetrating trauma. The size and scope of Expo, he says, has him excited to do more research and come back.
