Starting as a one-woman operation in Rosanna's apartment fifteen years ago, Berardi Immigration Law is now a multi-million dollar firm that helps companies navigate the employment-based immigration system and foreign professionals achieve the American dream.

Inspired by her dad’s story as an immigrant from Italy, Rosanna became an immigration lawyer and every day she works with clients around the world who want to come to America. Her goal is to help provide them with small, tangible steps that make a big impact and help women take back their most precious commodity: their time.
