Ella Razzell is an advocate for people considering, undertaking or post-fertility treatment, including IVF. She is a busy mum of two, both conceived via fertility treatment in the midst of her career. Ella went through the entire IVF journey without her employer knowing a thing. She wants to address and eradicate the taboo, stigma and embarrassment faced by many embarking on this journey.
