Today's guest Buddy Rathmell ran anti-human trafficking operations in South East Asia for over 20 years. But Buddy didn’t have a law enforcement background, or military background, or any training that would prepare you for that kind of work. What he had was a desire to solve a problem that he cared about, and the ability to build a team around him that could accomplish the mission.
This was an important conversation for me because it provided more proof that regular people can do extraordinary things if they get in touch with their purpose.
