  • Julia Hautz, Professor of Strategic Management, University of Innsbruck: How does open strategy affect strategy implementation efforts? An experimental approach
  • David Seidl, Professor of Organization and Management, University of Zurich: Open Strategy as a Dual Sensemaking Process
  • Eero Vaara, Professor in Organizations and Impact, University of Oxford: the Orchestration of Strategy Work

Commentator: Ann Majchrzak, USC Associates' Chaired Professor of Business Administration for Marshall, University of Southern California

Chair: Richard Whittington, Professor of Strategic Management, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford

The virtual zoom session will be 75 mins long. Each of the panellists will present their work for approximately 10 minutes, with brief Q&As. This will be followed by a general discussion on research opportunities, introduced by Ann Majchrzak.
